About this event
This low impact Pilates class is designed for those who want to stay strong, balanced, and energized. Each session focuses on building core strength, improving posture, enhancing flexibility, and supporting healthy joints. We use light weights to activate smaller muscle groups, a Pilates ball to boost balance and coordination, and core exercises to help stabilize the whole body.
What you’ll need: A yoga mat &(optional-grip socks, helpful for added stability).
All levels welcome—come move with strength and confidence!
