This a low to moderate impact, fun and energetic workout that uses Latin rhythm dance steps creating a pool party atmosphere. Aqua Balance & Fit gives the participants all the benefits of a challenging, fun, body-toning workout by using water resistance. This workout reduces stress, improves blood circulation, tones your body, and puts less pressure on the joints when dancing. Overall, it is a great workout for all levels! And our beginners‘ class. The practice of Tai Chi is known for enhancing concentration and improving balance and muscular strength in a new way. It also has a calming effect on the nervous system. Tai Chi can be thought of as an internal martial art and is also known as "meditation in motion". The Yang 24-form that you will learn is the same Tai Chi that you may have seen practiced in public parks. We practice individual moves and short blocks of movements in sequence. RMG is prepping for rehearsing for the spring 23 gig!. We’ll develop a set list and fine tune them for a to be announced performance date. We are community based so all vocalists and musicians in the community are welcome.
Rehearsals begin Wednesday, February 1, from 2 - 4 pm in the main room of the club house. What would you like to sing or play that we all could support and present? You do have to be able to count to 4, and sort of sing in tune, so you can see we have high standards. We know you have always wanted to be in a band!

Our NEW Bourbon Barrel Group for 2024 will begin February 1st. Every First Thursday of the month come and learn how to make our own bourbon with High Mark Distillery! Regency will purchase two large Bourbon barrels to be kept at the clubhouse for two homeowner groups to compete in make the best Bourbon! $50 to join the "Regency Bourbon Group" (bring your check made out to High Mark Distillery to the Regency clubhouse). The Bourbon making process will take up to year and the winning team will have bragging rights! Both teams when the bourbon is ready, will take home their own bottle of bourbon they made. RMG is prepping for rehearsing for the spring 23 gig!. We’ll develop a set list and fine tune them for a to be announced performance date. We are community based so all vocalists and musicians in the community are welcome.
Rehearsals begin Wednesday, February 1, from 2 - 4 pm in the main room of the club house. What would you like to sing or play that we all could support and present? You do have to be able to count to 4, and sort of sing in tune, so you can see we have high standards. We know you have always wanted to be in a band!

RMG is prepping for rehearsing for the spring 23 gig!. We’ll develop a set list and fine tune them for a to be announced performance date. We are community based so all vocalists and musicians in the community are welcome.
Rehearsals begin Wednesday, February 1, from 2 - 4 pm in the main room of the club house. What would you like to sing or play that we all could support and present? You do have to be able to count to 4, and sort of sing in tune, so you can see we have high standards. We know you have always wanted to be in a band!

Do you have a uke in the closet? Well get it out and come join the uke group… Beginners welcome. We start each session with ~30 min of skill development (scales, warm ups, strumming, etc) and the last 60 min playing fun songs. Goals are to improve our skills, learn some new songs and eventually play at the club for an audience! We‘ll continue working on "With a Little Help from my Friends" by the Beatles.
