In response to the community’s request to create a Transition Committee, the Board of Directors has reviewed the proposal and agree that early preparation for Board turnover from declarant to homeowner control would be beneficial. Over the coming weeks, a few critical milestones will occur and we hope you’ll consider participating.

If you are interested in participating, please attend the Transition Information Session hosted by Toll Brother’s National & Regional Directors of Community Associations, Steven Brumfield and Denise Hogenes on March 6, 2024, at 12:30 PM. The two will guide owners through the typical transition process and answer transition related questions. So they may prepare, please submit questions by March 1st to Chrissy (chrissy@nevcm.com). Every effort will be made to review and answer submissions at the workshop.
